Yugoslavia, 1979. While president and Dictator Tito is in Cuba on international affairs, a mysterious Phantom captures the attention of Belgrade. Using a stolen white Porshe car he performs daring stunts through the city streets. As rumours of his cat-and-mouse games with the police spread, people start gathering to watch him at night.
